Google Forms & LibGuides

Using Google forms in conjunction with LibGuides provides opportunity to gather data from the user to support and/or further understand the usage statistics provided by LibGuides.

EDEC 323 Tradebooks & Technology

Created to support a children's literature class, this LibGuide has a Google Form survey embedded in the last tab. Questions were developed with the course professor to gather information from students about library resources presented.

EDCI 232/505 Introduction to the Principles of Instructional Technology

Created to gather information from a LibGuide created to support an on-line technology course, this survey (Fall 2010) provided opportunity for students to evaluate the resource and provide input. Suggestions made were incorporated into the LibGuide for Spring 2011 and a similiar survey will be provided.
