Is it Credible?

Item 1

So, how can you tell if the book, article, website, or other resource you located is a valid, credible source? It may be helpful to use the 5 W's and ask these questions:

Is it credible? Who is the author, Credentials and recognized expert? What information is available from this resource, Does it meet your needs, is it a good fit for your topic? When was the resource produced, copyright, publication and update dates? Where did the author get the information, citations, link, names? Why does this resource exist, purpose of publication and any bias?
